All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to display product descriptions and images accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a binding contract is formed when we confirm your order via email.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent.
We ship Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once an order is with the carrier.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details on rates, timeframes, and our process for lost or damaged parcels.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not excluded, restricted, or modified by these terms. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
